NOTE - These instructions are not complete. Yes, I have been frustrated with the removal of this equipment. I had to set the camera down and just do it! There are two different ways to remove this center console, I have not figured out which one works for what year car, please see the Second Set too. Cadillac Allante CD Removal and Installation 1) Gently pry AC vents from top of center console. |

1) Remove two exposed screws securing top of center console. | |

1) Remove panel above pedals by releasing clips. | |
 |
1) Remove side panel from center console. 2) Sometimes there is a reinforcement plate that needs removal before access. |

1) Remove two screws under center console securing bottom of center console. | |
 |
1) Pull center console from dash and disconnect connectors. | |
 |
1) Remove screws along edge of rear panel to allow back panel to swing open at hinge. | |
 |
1) Remove two small connectors at CD mechanism. | |
 |
1) Remove screws from both sides of CD
mechanism securing it to center console. 2) Slide CD mechanism from center console. 3) See our Shipping page before sending. |
