	Ford Expedition Front Speaker Removal, Replacement and Installation
	1.1) Remove top edge of triangular panel above door panel by releasing clip.
	2.1) Pull panel up, releasing two clips into door panel.
	3.1) Remove exposed screw.
	4.1) Pry front edge of control panel up releasing clip, pull up releasing rear tongue clip. 4.2) Disconnect connectors.
	5.1) Remove exposed screw in control panel cavity.
	6.1) Pry cover off courtesy light.
	7.1) Remove exposed screw.
	8.1) Pry trim ring from around door open handle and feed trim ring into door panel.
	9.1) Lift door panel straight up, releasing hooks securing door panel. 9.2) Push door panel forward to feed door open handle through opening. 9.3) Disconnect courtesy light connector.
	10.1) Remove four screws securing 5" x 7" speaker to door. 10.2) Disconnect connector and remove speaker.

	Ford Expedition Rear Speaker Removal, Replacement and Installation
	1.1) Pry front edge of control panel up releasing clip, pull up releasing rear tongue clip. 1.2) Disconnect connector.
	2.1) Pry trim ring from around door open handle and feed trim ring into door panel.
	3.1) Remove two screws along bottom edge of door panel.
	4.1) Lift door panel straight up, releasing hooks securing door panel. 4.2) Push door panel forward to feed door open handle through opening. 4.3) Remove four screws securing 5" x 7" speaker to door, disconnect connector.

	Ford Expedition How to Remove CD Changer 1.1) Lift cover from center console. 1.2) Remove plastic mat at bottom of pocket.
	2.1) Remove two screws 2.2) Remove CD changer protective cover.
	3.1) Remove two screws securing CD changer to console.
	4.1) Lift CD changer from pocket. 4.2) Disconnect connector and remove from pocket. 4.3) Remove plastic mounting attached to CD changer.

Expedition Dash Cluster and Odometer Remove and Repair (Repair Instructions Below)

	1.1) Gently pry above control panel in dash.
	2.1) Slide pry tool toward right to release one of two small triggers releasing control panel from dash.
	3.1) Shown, two triggers on panel.
	4.1) When triggers are released toward right, small lock trigger on side of panel is released allowing left side of control to be removed first.
	5.1) Remove control panel from dash, release triggers on connectors to disconnect.
	6.1) Adjust steering column to full down position. 6.2) Gently pry right side of lower dash away from dash releasing clips. All clips release with pry pressure..
	7.1) Gently pry left side of lower dash away from dash releasing clips.
	8.1) Remove lower dash panel up over steering column and set to side.
	9.1) Remove three screw along top of gauges.
	10.1) Remove one screw right of steering column below gauges.
	11.1) Remove second screw right of steering column below gauges.
	12.1) Remove one screw left of steering column below gauges.
	13.1) Remove one exposed screw in cavity of control panel removed in earlier steps.
	14.1) Pull left side of dash panel from dash. 14.2) Release trigger on connector to disconnect and release panel.
	15.1) Gently remove trim panel from dash and surrounding gauges, set panel to side.
	16.1) Gently pry left side of trim panel from around car stereo releasing clips.
	17.1) Release clips on right side of trim panel from around car stereo releasing clips.
	18.1) Release connector from car stereo trim panel and set panel to side.
	19.1) Remove one screw from dash right of car stereo and AC controls.
	20.1) Remove one screw from upper dash above left of car stereo.
	21.1) Remove one screw right of steering column.
	22.1) Remove upper dash panel and set to side.
	23.1) Remove one screw bottom right of gauges.
	24.1) Remove one screw bottom left of gauges.
	25.1) Check all screws, be sure gauge assembly is not mounted.
	26.1) Gently pull gauge assembly from dash.
	27.1) Reach behind gauge assembly, locate connectors on back of gauges.
	28.1) Release triggers on connectors to disconnect.
	29.1) Lift gauge assembly up gently.
	30.1) Remove gear display from gauges.
	31.1) Remove gauges from dash.

Ford Expedition Odometer Repair, Remove and Install
	1.1) Remove dash gauge assembly. NOTE - Choose a clean work area. Placing the face of the gauges on a soft towel will help. Less of a chance of scratching the front panel.
	2.1) Lay dash gauge assembly on face and remove screw from cover.
	3.1) Remove second screw from cover.
	4.1) Remove remaining screws from cover.
	5.1) Remove cover and set to side.
	6.1) Release connector from PCB (Printed Circuit Board).
	7.1) Check all SMR (Surface Mount Resistors) for good connection. Removing solder and apply fresh solder to all large SMR's on PCB.
	8.1) Gently lift edge of PCB from gauges. This process will release front gauge connections from PCB.
	9.1) Work your way across middle of PCB lifting from gauges.
	10.1) Work your way across to end of PCB lifting from gauges. Then work around entire PCB.
	11.1) Remove PCB from gauges.
	12.1) Locate connector on PCB. Mating connector was removed in an earlier step.
	13.1) Turn PCB over and locate back side of connector.
	14.1) Flow new solder ALL connections for connector. Look for circles around center of solder joint, poor solder.
	... We are missing several steps here. I'd suggest removing white plastic frame from gauge assembly. You want access to the connections for this connector. You can reach them from this small opening, but the end connections are difficult to reach. You may cause a solder bridge and not see it!
	15.1) When reinstalling, this small pen looking object is the odometer reset button. It will fall out of the gauges at some point and you will wonder what it is.
	16.1) With back plastic cover reinstalled, place odometer reset into opening before installing PCB.
	17.1) Odometer reset installed.
