These instructions apply specifically to model number 10367041. Although most AC controls are similar. You may be able to recognize the problems with other AC controls by giving them a good visual inspection. | ||
1.1) Remove both knobs from face of AC Control. | ||
2.1) From back of AC Control, remove four screws. | ||
3.1) Remove front panel from AC control. | ||
4.1) Lift display and printed circuit board from back cover. | ||
5.1) Display printed circuit board is attached by wire harness. Lay front panel toward top. | ||
6.1) Locate two sets of two rows of solder connections. This is where the main connectors from the factory wire harness attach. | ||
7.1) Resolder both sets of two
rows of connections. Note - With the pressure supplied to these connectors from the factory wire harness and the continuous vibration from the vehicle, these solder connections become broken or have poor connections. |
