BMW 325 Series How to Remove Front Door Panel Speaker BMW 325 Series How to Remove Front Door Panel Speaker 1.1) Remove one screw along edge of door panel. 2.1) Push trim ring for door handle forward releasing clips. 3.1) Remove two screw covers from below door handle and remove screws. 4.1) Remove one screw cover from top of door handle and remove screw. 5.1) Pull bottom of door panel away from door releasing clips, pockets remove with panel. 5.2) Remove mounting hardware for speakers.
