Dodge Caravan Front Speaker Removal Dodge Caravan Front Speaker Removal 1.1) Remove one screw from door open handle cavity. 2.1) Remove one screw at bottom front of door panel. 3.1) Remove one screw from arm rest hand pull cavity. 4.1) Starting at bottom back of door panel, gently pry door panel from door releasing clips. 5.1) Work your way up front and rear edge of door panel releasing clips. 6.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam. 6.2) Lift front edge of door panel out of window jam. 7.1) Locate door panel linkage connection. 8.1) Pivot plastic clip on door panel linkage to release. 9.1) Push linkage from securing slot and remove linkage from door panel. 10.1) At front of door panel, release triggers on connectors to disconnect. 10.2) Remove door panel. 11.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. 12.1) Before reinstallation of door panel, check for any clips that may not have been removed with door panel.   13.1) Gently pry clips from door. 14.1) Install clips in original slots on door panel.
Dodge Caravan Rear Speaker Removal Dodge Caravan Rear Speaker Removal Instruction 1.1) Gently pry leading edge of side panel from side of van releasing clips. 2.1) Work your way toward back of panel releasing all clips and remove panel. 3.1) Remove four screws securing speaker and remove speaker.
Dodge Caravan Dash Tweeter Removal Dodge Caravan Front Dash Tweeter Speaker Removal Instruction 1.1) Start at top edge of side pillar panel. 2.1) Pull panel from side pillar releasing all clips to bottom of panel. 3.1) Pull bottom edge of panel up to release from front dash panel. 3.2) Repeat steps for this panel on opposite side of vehicle. 4.1) Gently pry front dash panel up. 5.1) Lift panel to release all clips across front of dash. 6.1) Remove panel from dash. 6.2) Remove screws securing speakers and remove. 7.1) Before reinstalling side panel, pull weather strip insulation from opening. 7.2) Install side panel. 8.1) Push weather strip insulation into place.
