Chrysler Town and Country / Voyager Front Dash Speaker Removal Front Dash Speaker Removal  1.1) Passenger's side with door open, grasp weather stripping. 2.1) Pull weather stripping from vehicle along side pillar panel. 3.1) Pry top edge of side pillar panel releasing clips. All clips release with pry pressure. 4.1) Grasp top edge of side pillar panel and pull from side of vehicle. 5.1) Release all clips along side pillar panel. 6.1) Holding top of side pillar away from side of pillar, lift back edge of panel up. 7.1) Slide side pillar panel back to remove. 8.1) Driver's side with door open, grasp weather stripping. 9.1) Pull weather stripping from vehicle along side pillar panel. 10.1) Pry top edge of side pillar panel releasing clips. All clips release with pry pressure. 11.1) Grasp top edge of side pillar panel and pull from side of vehicle. 11.2) Release all clips along side pillar panel. 12.1) Holding top of side pillar away from side of pillar, lift back edge of panel up. 13.1) Slide side pillar panel back to remove. 14.1) Pry back edge of front dash panel up releasing clip. 15.1) Pry across back edge of front dash panel up releasing clip. 16.1) Pry across back edge of front dash panel up releasing clip. 17.1) Pry across back edge of front dash panel up releasing clip. 18.1) Lift back edge of front dash panel up. 19.1) Pull front dash panel back from dash to remove and set to side. 20.1) Remove screw securing speaker to dash. 21.1) Remove second screw securing speaker to dash. 22.1) Lift speaker from dash. 23.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect speaker. 24.1) Remove speaker. 25.1) During reinstallation of side pillar panels bottom edge of panel needs to be installed properly. 26.1) Slide bottom edge of side pillar panel into groove on front dash panel. 27.1) Push weather stripping back into place.
Chrysler Town and Country / Voyager Front Door Speaker Removal Front Door Speaker Removal 1.1) Pull door handle for access to screw and remove. 2.1) Remove screw from hand hold on arm rest. 3.1) Remove one screw from bottom right edge of door panel. 4.1) Pry bottom edge of control panel from door panel releasing clip. All clips release with pry pressure. 5.1) Pry up edge of control panel releasing clips. 6.1) Pull control panel from door panel. 7.1) Locate connector on control panel. 8.1) Slide (Orange) lock to side to release trigger. 9.1) Squeeze trigger into connector to release and remove connector.. 10.1) Remove control panel and set to side. 11.1) Pry front bottom edge of door panel from door releasing clips. These door panel clips require major pry pressure to release. 12.1) Pry along bottom edge of door panel to release clips. 13.1) Pry up front and rear edges of door panel releasing clips. 14.1) Pull bottom edge of door panel away from door verifying all clips are released. 15.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam and over door lock pin. 16.1) Lift front edge of door panel up out of window jam. 17.1) Pull top edge of door panel back for access to back of panel. 17.2) Locate wires and connector at door lock switch. 18.1) Lift trigger on connector to release. 19.1) Remove connector. 20.1) Locate door handle linkage and cable. 21.1) Swing cable lock to side to release linkage. 22.1) Grasp linkage. 23.1) Push linkage down to release and remove. 23.2) Remove door panel and set to side. 24.1) Check door for any remaining door panel clips. 25.1) Pry clips from door to remove. 26.1) Slide clips into slots on door panel ready for reinstallation. 27.1) Remove four screws securing speaker to door. 28.1) Remove speaker. 29.1) Release trigger on speaker connector to disconnect and remove.
Chrysler Town and Country / Voyager Rear Side Speaker Removal Rear Side Speaker Removal 1.1) Pry top left edge of speaker grill panel from vehicle releasing clip. All clips release with pry pressure. 2.1) Pry across top of speaker grill panel releasing clip. 3.1) Pry down front and rear edges of speaker grill panel releasing clips. 4.1) Remove speaker grill panel and set to side. 5.1) Remove four screws securing side speaker and remove.
