Dodge Durango How to Remove Front Dash Speakers How to Remove Front Dash Speaker 1.1) Gently pry upper edge of front left side windshield pillar trim panel from side of car releasing clips. All clips release with pressure. 2.1) Work down edge of side pillar trim panel toward dash releasing clips. 3.1) With all clips released, grasp back edge of side pillar trim panel.. 4.1) Pull back from dash to release end of trim panel from forward dash and remove. 4.1) On passenger side pillar trim panel, gently pry bottom edge of upper screw cover from hand hold. 5.1) Screw caps are secured to side pillar trim panel. 6.1) Remove exposed screw. 7.1) Gently pry top edge of lower screw cover from hand hold. 8.1) Remove exposed screw. 9.1) Starting at left side of forward dash trim panel. 10.1) Gently pry corner of forward dash trim panel from dash releasing clips 11.1) Work across forward dash trim panel releasing clips. 12.1) Work over hump in forward dash trim panel releasing clips. 13.1) Work across remainder of forward dash trim panel releasing clips. 14.1) Lift back edge of forward dash trim panel up from dash. 15.1) At center of forward dash trim panel release trigger on connector to disconnect and remove. 16.1) Remove forward dash trim panel and set to side. 17.1) Exposed front dash speaker. 18.1) Remove two screws securing speaker to dash. 18.2) Remove speaker from opening, release trigger on connector to disconnect and remove.
Dodge Durango How to Remove Front Door Speakers How to Remove Front Speaker and Door Panel Instructions 1.1) At door open handle cavity, gently pry screw cover from panel to remove. 2.1) Remove exposed screw. 3.1) Remove one screw on bottom front edge of door panel. 4.1) Remove one screw on bottom rear edge of door panel. 5.1) Gently pry up on back edge of control panel to release clip. All clips release with pressure. 6.1) Lift back edge of control panel up and back to release forward clip. 7.1) Remove control panel from door panel cavity. 8.1) Release trigger on connector at control panel to disconnect and remove. Note - Squeeze trigger at center of connector into connector to release for removal. 9.1) Push up on door panel out of window jam from bottom. 10.1) Door panel has hooks that latch into door, upward pressure releases hooks. 10.2) Hold door panel in place. 11.1) Pull top edge of door panel back for access, locate door open handle cable. 12.1) Swing white cable lock form cable to release. 13.1) Lift hook at end of door handle cable from lock. 14.1) Remove door handle cable, remove door panel and set to side. 15.1) Remove all screws securing speaker to door. 16.1) Pull speaker with spacer ring from door panel. 17.1) Locate connector on back of speaker. 18.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect and remove speaker.
