Honda Odyssey  / Isuzu Oasis Remove and Install Car Audio
Honda Odyssey Isuzu Oasis Car Stereo Removal and Install 1.1) Open glove box and unsnap glove box's rubber stoppers at the sides. 2.1) Remove (1) screw at restraining arm at the right side to let glove box, allow glove box to open all the way down. 3.1) Extract (2) screw from right side of center console assembly. 4.1) Extract (2) screws from bottom of center console near carpet. 5.1) Open console storage compartment and extract (2) screws from near top. 6.1) Extract (2) screws from driver's side under dash panel and pop out the right side of panel. 7.1) Open side compartment and remove one exposed screw. 7.2) Remove lower drivers side dash panel. 8.1) Remove one exposed screw from side of center console. 9.1) Carefully pull lower center console assembly to unsnap, unplug and remove. 10.1) Remove mounting screw from left side of center console with stereo. 11.1) Remove mounting screw from right side of center console with stereo. 12.1) Release AC control cable from bottom of dash on passenger side of center console. 13.1) Pull car stereo, pocket and AC controls from dash. 13.2) Disconnect all connectors. 13.3) Remove two mounting screws below car stereo to release from console assembly.

Odyssey and Oasis Front Speaker Remove and Replace Front Door Panel Speaker Removal and Replacement ROLL WINDOW DOWN! ROLL WINDOW DOWN! 1.1) Remove screw from door open handle cavity. 2.1) Push door handle assembly forward on door panel. 3.1) Three hooks release, pull assembly from door panel. 4.1) Pull door handle assemble away from door panel for access. 5.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect. 6.1) Door open handle linkage is at back of door handle assembly. 7.1) Push plastic clip to side, unlocking linkage. 8.1) Release linkage from door handle assembly and set to side. 9.1) Gently pry screw cover from hand hold pocket. 10.1) Remove screw cover and set to side. 11.1) Remove exposed screw from hand hold pocket. 12.1) At front of lower pocket on door panel, gently pry screw cover from hand hold pocket. 13.1) Remove screw cover and set to side. 14.1) Remove exposed screw. 15.1) Gently pry bottom rear edge of door panel from door releasing clips. All clips release with pressure. 15.2) Work your way across bottom of panel then up both sides releasing all clips. 16.1) Reach behind back of door panel, release trigger on connector at courtesy light to disconnect. 17.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam. 18.1) Remove front edge of door panel from window jam. 19.1) From opposite side of door, through window opening, reach behind panel. 19.2) Release trigger on connector toward front of door to disconnect. 20.1) Releasing leading connector allows for better access to rear connector on door panel. 20.2) Release trigger on connector to disconnect. Set door panel to side. 21.1) Check door for any clips not removed with door panel. 22.1) Pry door panel clips from door. 23.1) Slice door panel clips into openings on door panel, ready for reinstallation. 24.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. NOTE - for determining aftermarket installation polarity of speaker for correct hook up see Speaker Phasing above.
Odyssey and Oasis Rear Speaker Remove and Install Rear Door Panel Speaker Removal and Replacement 1.1) Remove screw from door open handle cavity. 2.1) Push door handle assembly forward on door panel. 3.1) Three hooks release, pull assembly from door panel. 3.2) Pull door handle assemble away from door panel for access. 4.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect. 5.1) Door open handle linkage is at back of door handle assembly. 6.1) Push plastic clip to side, unlocking linkage. 7.1) Release linkage from door handle assembly and set to side. 8.1) Gently pry screw cover from hand hold pocket. 9.1) Remove screw cover and set to side. 10.1) Remove exposed screw from hand hold pocket. 11.1) Gently pull top edge of panel at top back of door panel from door panel releasing clip. 12.1) Pull bottom of panel up to release from door panel. 13.1) Gently pry bottom rear edge of door panel from door releasing clips. All clips release with pressure. 14.1) Work your way across bottom of panel then up both sides releasing all clips. 15.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam followed by front edge. 16.1) Lay top edge of door panel down for access to back of door panel. 16.2) Release trigger on connector at courtesy light to disconnect. 16.3) Remove door panel and set to side. 17.1) Check door for any remaining door panel clips. 18.1) Pry door panel clips from door to remove. 19.1) Slide clips back into opening on door panel ready for reinstallation. 20.1) This is a bad speaker! The foam surround has deteriorated. 21.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. NOTE - for determining aftermarket installation polarity of speaker for correct hook up see Speaker Phasing above.
