Isuzu Rodeo and Honda Passport Front Speaker Removal and Replacement with Front Tweeter and Door Panel Removal Isuzu Rodeo and Honda Passport Front Speaker How to Removing and Installing 1.1) Pry front edge of speaker grill from door panel first, releasing clips. 2.1) Remove four screws securing 6 1/2" speaker. For Tweeter replacement see following instructions for door panel removal. Isuzu Rodeo '98-02 Front Door Panel Speaker/Tweeter Removal 1.1) Remove one screw from door open handle cavity.   2.1) Pull door open handle from door and twist 90 degrees to release latch. 3.1) Pry front edge of control panel up, pull forward to release rear clip. 4.1) Disconnect connector from control panel. 5.1) Pry cover from door pull handle. 6.1) Remove two exposed screws. 7.1) Remove three screws from door speaker cavity. Not four screws securing speaker to door panel. 8.1) Remove cover from top of door frame by releasing clips. 9.1) Remove door panel starting at bottom of panel by releasing clips. 9.2) Lift top edge of door panel up out of window jam. 10.1) Feed control panel connector through opening. 10.2) Disconnect courtesy light and tweeter connectors. *NOTE - Tweeter is mounted to door panel.
