Lexus GS How to Remove and Install Center Dash Speaker Lexus GS Removing and Replacing Center Dash Speaker 1.1) Insert pry tool at front edge of speaker grill and dash.  2.1) Pry speaker grill up along all edges releasing clips. All clips release with pressure. 3.1) Remove speaker grill and set to side. 4.1) Remove two bolts securing speaker and remove. Release trigger on connector to disconnect.

All clips release with pressure. 3.1) Pry along edge of speaker grill releasing clips. 4.1) Grasp edge of speaker grill and pull grill from front of dash releasing front clips. 5.1) Remove speaker grill and set to side. 6.1) Remove two bolts securing speaker and remove.
