RX300 Front Dash Tweeter Removal and Replacement
	Lexus RX300 Dash Tweeter Removal
	1.1) With pry tool, gently wedge between dash and tweeter panel.
	2.1) Pry back edge of panel up releasing clips. Clips release with pry pressure.
	3.1) Grasp back edge of speaker panel and pull toward back of vehicle. This releases front tabs on panel.
	4.1) Release trigger at connector to disconnect.
	5.1) Removed tweeter.

Lexus RX300 Front Speaker Removal and Installation
	Lexus RX300 Front Door Panel Speaker Removal
	1.1) Gently pry screw cover open at notch in door handle opening.
	2.1) Remove exposed screw.
	3.1) Gently pry outside trim ring down, prying against door open handle to release bottom edge of trim ring.
	4.1) Gently pry outside trim ring up, prying against door lock button to release top edge of trim ring.
	5.1) Grasp back edge of trim ring, pull back away to release trim ring from cavity and remove over door open handle.
	6.1) Back of trim ring has a hook, this hook has to match to opening on door panel, slide panel forward to lock front and snap into place when reinstalling.
	7.1) Remove two screws along bottom edge of door panel.
	8.1) With small screw driver, at clip, back of door panel, push center pin in 1/4 inch.
	9.1) Grasp frame of clip and pull from door panel.
	10.1) To reinstall clip, push center pin back through frame 1/4 inch.
	11.1) Push clip into opening with frame flush to door panel.
	12.1) Push center pin in, flush to frame to lock into place.
	13.1) Repeat removal for upper clip of back of door panel.
	14.1) Remove one screw under arm rest at back edge.
	15.1) Gently push pry bar in under control panel and up to release top edge.
	16.1) There is a spring clip at leading edge of control panel, applying pressure to this clip when prying panel from door will help to release.
	17.1) Grasp control panel and pull bottom edge away from arm rest. This will release rear tab.
	18.1) Remove control panel from door panel.
	19.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect, set control panel to side.
	20.1) Remove one exposed screw from control panel cavity.
	21.1) Gently pry bottom back edge of door panel from door.
	22.1) Work your way across bottom of door panel and up both sides releasing all clips.
	23.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam followed by front edge of door panel.
	24.1) Lower top edge of door panel for access to back of panel. Locate courtesy light wire.
	25.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect.
	26.1) Check door for any door panel clips not removed with door panel.
	27.1) Pry door panel clips from door.
	28.1) Install clips back onto door panel ready for door panel reinstallation.
	29.1) Release trigger on connector at speaker to disconnect. 29.2) Remove screws securing speaker to door.

Lexus RX300 Rear Speaker Removal and Install
	Lexus RX300 Rear Door Panel Speaker Removal
	1.1) Gently pry screw cover open at notch in door handle opening.
	2.1) Remove exposed screw.
	3.1) Gently pry outside trim ring down, prying against door open handle to release bottom edge of trim ring.
	4.1) Gently pry outside trim ring up, prying against door lock button to release top edge of trim ring.
	5.1) Grasp back edge of trim ring, pull back away to release trim ring from cavity and remove over door open handle.
	6.1) Back of trim ring has a hook, this hook has to match to opening on door panel, slide panel forward to lock front and snap into place when reinstalling.
	7.1) With small screw driver, at clip, front of door panel, push center pin in 1/4 inch.
	8.1) Grasp frame of clip and pull from door panel.
	9.1) To reinstall clip, push center pin back through frame 1/4 inch.
	10.1) Push clip into opening with frame flush to door panel.
	11.1) Push center pin in, flush to frame to lock into place.
	12.1) Repeat removal for lower clip of front of door panel.
	13.1) Repeat removal for upper and lower clip of back of door panel.
	14.1) Gently pry small cover from bottom back of arm rest.
	15.1) Remove cover and set to side.
	16.1) Remove one exposed screw from cavity.
	17.1) Gently pry leading edge of control panel to release clip.
	18.1) Gently pry back edge of control panel to release clip.
	19.1) Remove control panel from cavity. 19.2) Release trigger on connector to disconnect, set control panel to side.
	20.1) Remove one screw exposed from control panel cavity.
	21.1) Bottom screws on door panel DO NOT need to be removed.
	22.1) Gently pry bottom back edge of door panel from door.
	23.1) Work your way across bottom of door panel and up both sides releasing all clips.
	24.1) Lift back edge of door panel up out of window jam followed by front edge of door panel. 24.2) Remove door panel and set to side.
	25.1) Check door for any door panel clips not removed with door panel.
	26.1) Pry door panel clips from door.
	27.1) Install clips back onto door panel ready for door panel reinstallation.
	28.1) Release trigger on connector at speaker to disconnect. 28.2) Remove screws securing speaker to door.
	TECH NOTES 29.1) When reinstalling door panel, find control panel wire and connector.
	30.1) Feed connector through opening in door panel, ready for control panel installation.
