1.1) Remove screw back top edge of door panel. |
|
2.1) Remove screw back center edge of door panel. |
|
3.1) Locate door panel pin at front edge of door panel. |
|
4.1) Push center tab on pin in approximately 1/8 inch. |
|
5.1) Remove entire base of pin. |
|
6.1) When reinstalling pin... |

7.1) Push center tab back through base. |
|
8.1) Place pin back into opening on door panel pushing in on base. |
|
9.1) Push center tab in to lock pin into place. |
|
10.1) Locate second pin front top edge of door panel. |
|
11.1) Push center tab on pin in approximately 1/8 inch. |
|
12.1) Remove entire base of pin. Set pins to side. |
|
13.1) Pry top edge of tweeter panel from door releasing clips. All clips release with pry pressure. |
|
14.1) Pry down along edge of tweeter panel. |
|
15.1) Remove tweeter panel and set to side. |
|
16.1) Remove one screw below arm rest toward back of door panel. |
|
17.1) Pry edge of small insert panel at door handle to release clips. |
|
18.1) Remove insert panel. |
|
19.1) Remove exposed screw. |
|
20.1) Bottom front edge of door panel, hidden under edge of weather stripping, remove screw. |
|
21.1) Bottom center of door panel, remove hidden screw under edge of weather stripping. |
|
22.1) Bottom back of door panel, remove hidden screw under edge of weather stripping. |
|
23.1) At back edge of control panel on door, push pry tool in to release clip and lift edge of panel up to release. |
|
24.1) Lift back edge of control panel up. |
|
25.1) Pull control panel back to release front clip. |
|
26.1) Pull control panel from door panel. |
|
27.1) Squeeze trigger at center of connector into connector to release and remove. |
|
28.1) Remove control panel and set to side. |
|
29.1) Remove exposed screw in control panel cavity. |
|
30.1) Pull bottom edge of door panel away from door verifying panel is not secured to door. |
|
31.1) Grasp back top edge of door panel and lift up out of window jam. |
|
32.1) Lift front top edge of door panel up out of window jam. |
|
33.1) Pull top edge of door panel back for access. |
|
34.1) Locate door handle and lock assembly on back side of door panel. |
|
35.1) Locate wire harness top of door handle assembly. |
|
36.1) Lift edge of plastic lock securing wire harness. |
|
37.1) Squeeze trigger on connector into connector to release. |
|
38.1) Remove connector. |
|
39.1) Locate first door handle cable with white base. |
|
40.1) Grasp base and lift end of cable up out of lock. |
|
41.1) Turn end of cable to mate with opening at end. |
|
42.1) Release end of cable through opening to remove. |
|
43.1) Locate second door handle cable with green base. |
|
44.1) Grasp base and lift end of cable up out of lock |
|
45.1) Turn end of cable to mate with opening at end. |
|
46.1) Release end of cable through opening to remove. |
|
47.1) To reinstall cables, place end of cable back into slot, pull base back to mount and push into place to lock. |
|
48.1) Pull top edge of door panel back for access to courtesy light at bottom of door panel. |
|
49.1) Squeeze trigger on connector into connector to release and remove.
49.2) Remove door panel and set to side.
|
|
50.1) Check door for any remaining door panel clips. |
|
51.1) Pry clips from door to remove. |
|
52.1) Place clips onto door panel ready for reinstallation. |
|
53.1) For sub woofer removal, lift edge of foam for access to mounting Torx screws and disconnect connector to remove. |
|
54.1) Remove two screws securing mid range speaker and disconnect connector to remove. |
|
55.1) Remove screw securing tweeter, lift up to release from door, disconnect and remove. |
