Mitsubishi Montero Car Stereo Removing and Installing
Mitsubishi Montero  Car Stereo Removal and Replacement 1.1) Gently pry plastic covers from both sides of center console. 1.2) Remove two exposed screws from each side. 2.1) Remove ash tray. 2.2) Remove A/C control knobs. 2.3) Remove two screws at upper corners of A/C control panel. 3.1) Pull entire center panel from dash. 3.2) Disconnect antenna and all connectors from car stereo and dash panel. 4.1) From back of dash trim panel, remove four screws, two on each side of car stereo. 5.1) Removing four screws in above step will allow front trim panel around car stereo to be released. 5.2) Remove panel and four exposed screws securing car stereo to center console assembly.
