Mitsubishi Montero Car Audio - Speaker and Radio Removal

	Mitsubishi Montero Factory Car Stereo Removal
	1.1) Remove two covers. 1.2) Remove six screws. 1.3) Pull panel forward and release to floor.
	2.1) Remove two exposed screws left side of front dash panel.
	3.1) Open glove box and remove one exposed screw.
	4.1) Along panel on passenger side of car, two clips. Push center pin in, remove these two panel clips from panel. 4.2) Drop panel slightly. *Note - To reinsert these panel clips, center pin must be pushed back through housing, inserted clip into opening, push center pin flush to housing to lock.
	5.1) Remove one exposed screw.

	6.1) Remove ash tray. 6.2) Remove two screws in ash tray cavity.
	7.1) Remove ash tray holder from cavity, twist lamp base from holder and set holder to side.
	8.1) Pull AC vent and trim slightly away from dash, there are two screw that are located above the gauges so do not remove this panel.
	9.1) Set parking brake and shift to low gear. 9.2) With panel loose from above step, remove trim from around car stereo watching stereos trims upper lip clears from behind above panel.
	10.1) Remove four screws securing car stereo to dash. 10.2) Pull car stereo forward releasing antenna and connector.

Mitsubishi Montero Front Door Panel/Speaker Removal
	Mitsubishi Montero Front Door Panel/Speaker Removal and Replacement
	1.1) Remove two screws.
	2.1) Remove one screw in door pull pocket.
	3.1) Remove screw cover. 3.2) Remove two screws.
	4.1) Remove cover by pulling straight off, releasing two clips.
	5.1) Pull door panel from door releasing nine clips.
	6.1) Release three connectors, tweeter, door panel controls and courtesy light.
	7.1) Remove four screws securing speaker to door.
	8.1) Remove speaker, release trigger on connector. See Speaker Phasing above.

Rear Speaker Removal presently not available.
