How to Remove and Replace Car Stereo
1.1) Open 12 volt accessory flap
and remove exposed screw.
2.1) Open ash tray and remove
exposed screw.
3.1) Pull center car stereo trim
panel from dash, releasing clips and remove.
4.1) Remove exposed screws from
mounting brackets from both sides of car stereo.
5.1) Pull car stereo from dash,
disconnect connectors and antenna.

How to Remove and Replace Front Speakers
1.1) With small flat head screw
driver, gently pry side reflector marker from door panel.
2.1) Remove one exposed screw
from side marker removal.
3.1) With same small flat head
screw driver, gently slide under leading edge of door panel control panel.
4.1) Push screw driver toward
back of panel releasing spring clip and lift leading edge of panel up.
5.1) Pull panel forward to
release back spring clip.
5.2) Release triggers on connectors and remove control panel.
6.1) Remove one exposed screw
from door panel control panel cavity.
7.1) Remove one screw under arm
rest hand hold.
8.1) Gently pry insert panel
from door open handle cavity and remove.
9.1) Gently pull door panel from
door starting at bottom rear corner and working your way around sides of
door panel releasing all panel clips.
9.2) Remove door panel from car door.
10.1) Remove screw securing
speaker to door.
Tech-tips for door panel installation
1.1) One door panel panel clip remains on door panel
2.1) With needle nose pliers,
pry door panel clip from door.
3.1) Re-install door panel clip
from door on to door panel for re-installation of door panel.

How to Remove and Replace Rear Speakers
1.1) Open rear hatch.
1.2) Remove two screws securing
handle to rear hatch opening.
2.1) Starting with top edge of
inside plastic trim panel, pull to release clips.
3.1) Work your way around the
panel releasing all clips and remove panel.
4.1) Remove screws securing car
stereo speaker to rear hatch.
4.2) Disconnect speaker and remove.
5.1) Before installing rear
hatch, check for panel pins/clips left on rear hatch.
6.1) Pry pins/clips from rear
hatch to remove.
7.1) Place pins/clips on removed
panel.
7.2) When installing rear panel, be sure pins/clips mate to holes in hatch.

This section aids in troubleshooting and determining wire color codes, phasing for speaker hook up, locating power wires for installing external devices and add-ons.
Diagrams may not be applicable to Bose Audio Systems
IMPORTANT - There are two (2) yellow*, two (2) gray and two (2)
brown wires in this harness. Locate the +12 volt constant wire first.
Label it or splice to constant wire on aftermarket stereo first. Swapping
yellow wires will cause damage to any aftermarket stereo. Check fuses if your unable to find +12 volts.
