Toyota Celica Car Audio - Car Radio and Speaker Removal
Toyota Celica GTS Car Stereo Removal and Install Instructions 1.1) Push seats to forward position, remove screws from both sides of center console from back seat. 1.2) Push seats to full back position. 2.1) Open center console, remove two exposed screws at bottom. 3.1) With seats in full back position, remove three screw along each side of center console. 4.1) Remove ash tray. 4.2) Remove two exposed screws in ash tray cavity. 5.1) Open glove box, remove one screw at top left corner. 6.1) Close glove box. 6.2) Remove one 10mm bolt at bottom left corner of glove box. 7.1) On drivers side, remove one screw at bottom of panel. 8.1) On drivers side, remove one screw above coin holder. 9.1) Insert fingers into coin holder, pull down on panel to expose hidden screw and remove. 10.1) Set parking brake. 10.2) Shift gears toward back of car. 10.3)Release plastic insert from center console. 10.4) Lift front edge of center console and move center console toward back of car. 11.1) Pull car stereo dash trim panel from dash. 11.2) Maneuver left side edge around panel, right side edge around glove box. 11.3) Disconnect lighter connector. 11.4) Remove car stereo trim panel. 12.1) Remove four screws securing car stereo bracket and car stereo. 12.2) Pull car stereo forward, disconnect antennas and connectors.
