Toyota Sienna Front Speaker Removal and Replacement Toyota Sienna Front Door Panel Speaker Removal 1.1) Remove screw from door open handle cavity. 2.1) Top front edge of door panel, gently pry cap from door panel. 3.1) Remove cap and set to side. 4.1) Remove exposed screw. 5.1) At door open handle trim panel, pry up against door lock to lift top edge of door open handle trim panel up to release clip. All clips release with pressure. 6.1) Pry down against door lock to lower bottom edge of door open handle trim panel down to release clip. 7.1) With clips released, push door open handle trim panel toward back of door to release hook on back of panel. 8.1) When reinstalling door open handle panel, locate hook on back of panel, slide into opening on door and snap back of panel into place. 9.1) Remove door open handle panel from over door handle and set to side. 10.1) At rear of arm rest panel, lift back edge of panel up releasing clips. 10.2) Work along back edge of arm rest panel toward front of door releasing all clips. 11.1) Lifting back edge of arm rest panel first releases hooks on panel. 12.1) Remove arm rest panel and set to side. 13.1) Remove one exposed screw from arm rest removal. 14.1) Remove second exposed screw from arm rest removal. 15.1) Pry at leading edge of control. 16.1) Pry up releasing clip. 17.1) Grasp leading edge of control panel and pull forward releasing rear edge of control panel from door. 18.1) Pull control panel up out of cavity to extend wires. Passenger Side Control Panel 19.1) Release trigger on first connector to disconnect and remove. 20.1) Release trigger on second connector to disconnect and remove. Driver Side Control Panel 21.1) Release trigger on side of large connector to disconnect and remove. 22.1) Remove control panel and set to side. 23.1) Start at front bottom of door panel, pry panel from door releasing clips. 24.1) Work along bottom of door panel toward rear of panel releasing all clips. 24.2) Work up front and rear edges of door panel releasing all clips. 25.1) Pull bottom edge of door panel away from door checking that all clips are released. 26.1) Lift rear edge of door panel up out of window jam. 27.1) Lift front edge of door panel up out of window jam. 28.1) Pull top edge door panel back for access to courtesy light assembly. 28.2) Release trigger on connector to disconnect and remove. 29.1) Remove door panel and set to side, check door for any remaining door panel clips. 30.1) Pry door panel clips from door. 31.1) Slide door panel clips into openings on door panel ready for reinstallation. 32.1) Check speaker, foam surround on speaker has separated from the frame of the speaker. This will cause a distorted sound when more bass notes are played. 33.1) Remove screws securing speaker to door. 34.1) Release trigger on connector to disconnect and remove.
