Stereo asks for code sporadically, will not turn on or will turn on then powers off?
	COMMON PROBLEM - poor connections on the ceramic fuses in the fuse box under the hood. Access the fuses, clean fuse contacts or twist each fuse in it's holder. This will clean the contacts at both ends of the fuse and may bring the stereo back to a more reliable working condition.

We have repaired many of these changers, they may not work when reinstalled in the car, to return to the shop and work fine. There are two problems with this system, the CD changer is bad, and a problem we have yet to determine either in the vehicle or stereo. Please do not send this CD changer for repair. We DO NOT repair ML Series Mercedes CD Changers.
