No display and/or Hieroglyphics, Honda of America has extended the warranty on all '03-04 stereos with this problem. Contact your dealership. If you were one of the first to have this extended warranty honored, Honda exchanged the stereo for the same model, remanufactured. This same model in the future may exhibit the display problem. Our repair rate $200. More recent warranty issues involve a mother board replacement with modifications. If you had the earlier warranty completed (exchange) and the problem has returned, Honda will not honor a second warranty. This is the most common Piggy Bank stereo. Coins inserted into this stereo can cause many different problems. Note - when removing this stereo from dash, disconnect the car battery. Moving the stereo with coins can cause more damage.

	Honda Alpine CD Changer	CD skips, does not play, has error code. We No longer repair this CD changer. Alpine supplies no technical support, service literature or OEM parts.
	88-89 Accord / Alpine Car Stereo	No tape, or cassettes sound like the "Chipmunk's". Defective motor.
	91 Accord / Matsushita Car Stereo	Intermittent audio. Connector on rear PCB requires repair of poor solder in side car stereo.
	Honda / Alpine Car Stereo	Does not eject, or ejects intermittently, does not play CD. We No longer repair this CD changer. Alpine supplies no technical support, service literature or OEM parts.
	Honda Civic Alpine Car Audio	Speakers pops when volume is turned up, speakers sound distorted. Check the foam surround on the speakers for deterioration.
